Your worth as an agent of a little-known three-letter agency is not exactly your physical prowess. Rather, that you are a successful candidate of the Acquired Savant Syndrome trials. Your brain can be modified to display amazing skills, from eidetic memory to instant calculation. This can be safely done in the lab – or occur on any head injury. Much more often than you think, forgetting one skill and acquiring another is really useful in the field. Ow.

Bash your head in to become even more awesome (or have your teammates do it), outsmart and outperform your enemies.

Content: This game employs cinematic self-harm as a humorous means of getting things. While acquired savant syndrome is a thing, the chances are astronomical. Please discuss this with the group beforehand.

In a way, this is a superhero RPG. I was inspired by tv series like Dollhouse and Alphas without classic superpowers like flight or invisibility (who could choose). It should also do well if you rip out the savant skill mechanic, and stick it onto your existing campaign.

To be clear, I mean no disrespect to anyone with savant syndrome, acquired or otherwise. Their skills are poorly understood. The represenation here is for dramatic effect, and not at all realistic.
