The Cats of Crossed Elder

A delve into a petrified titan

The Cats of Crossed Elder is a short gamebook about travelling into an Elder, a titanic petrified corpse from ages past. Players look for a lost animal species whose abilities can spread hope for scientific progress.

The game is forgiving. Don't worry about maneuvering yourself into a dead end or failing at a challenge. There are skill rolls in the background. When you are given a question but get a shrug, it may be that your character didn't roll high enough for a better answer. Sometimes the question is not "did you make it", but "which event occurs". This will never cause you disadvantages, only change the story.
